- The lack of motivated traffic is tracked by the values of the indicator RR 1 (>9%; <18%) and according to the general usage values of the application. The RR indicator is the Retention Rate (repeat visits).

- The advertiser has the right not to pay for traffic if the source has not been agreed upon, or there are violations in the implementation of KPIs, or suspicion of fraudulent traffic.
Quality KPI:
- Purchase of orders is more than 50%. If the conversion from a completed order to a redeemed one is less than 50%, then we additionally check the orders and reserve the right not to pay for some of these orders, since this is a standard indicator of current campaigns.
- 1 installation can only bring 1 new order. If more than 1 new order is received from different accounts from 1 installation, then such orders are not fully paid for.
- There is a built-in anti-fraud feature in the product. If the order is the first or from a reactivated user and it was blocked according to anti-fraud criteria, such an order will not be paid for.
- If orders are made for similar mail addresses, unknown names, surnames, orders for the same amount, which clearly shows that the orders were not made by ordinary users, we reserve the right not to pay for such orders.
Features:
- Target action: the first order placed or an order from a reactivated user for a cohort of 7 days after installation. What is different from first orders: orders that were made by reactivated users are added to the payment (they had not placed an order for 365 days before).
- To launch an advertising campaign, you must send the name of the source to your manager for approval with the advertiser.
- There is a test period when connecting new sources. The terms are provided after approval. If the campaign did not launch in the month of approval, then the launch must be re-approved next month.
- A ban on any placement in Yandex and mail.ru - in case of violation, the payment is withdrawn and the webmaster is blocked. A complete ban on any kind of motivated traffic.
- All creatives are prohibited, except those submitted by the advertiser or agreed upon by the advertiser. All creatives must be moderated by the advertiser.
- Tracking is only based on a link with correct markup - there is no payment for non-compliance with the naming. It is forbidden to mislead users by offering services, conditions and products that do not correspond to those actually existing in the application.
- Attribution type click (1 day).
- The advertiser has the right to request screenshots of the placement of advertising materials, to demand an immediate stop of any traffic without explaining the reasons.
- Ban on: Yandex, Vkontakte and mail.ru , any exchanges of motivated traffic, pop-up banners, 18+ traffic, email newsletters. Any source/type of traffic can be connected only after the advertiser's approval.
- It is unacceptable to use the phrases "NIKE" and "Discount" in all possible variations and derivatives of these words, as well as to refer to the brand "Red Valentino" for advertising.
- Since 08/19/2025, the brand's logo, visual style and design have been changing.
Restrictions on creatives:
- All creatives need to be coordinated. If there are prices on the banner, it is advisable to send links in a separate file.
- You must have rights to all creatives. Both on the video and on the audio track.
Since all prices must match the actual prices on the website. - Advertising should not be misleading. It is unacceptable to specify specific brands/products with an implausible price. Similarly, for discounts: the discount on products should not exceed the actual price in the application / on the website. If the product image is shown on the banner, then this product must be present in the Lamoda catalog and the price for it must correspond to the one indicated in the banner.
- It is forbidden to use the Oodji brand and products, it is forbidden to use this trademark.
- It is forbidden to use the word Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Lacoste and the word "Discount" in all communications, as well as all derivatives of this word.
- It is forbidden to create groups and channels on behalf of Lamoda.
- It is forbidden to use brands: Banana Republic, 12Storeez, Tezenis, Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Sandro, Gerard Darel, The Body Shop, Swarovski, O'STIN, Red Valentino, Agent Provocateur, Maje, Uniqlo.
